Malay Chef to lead culinary event at Mandarin Oriental, Sanya
Mandarin Oriental, Sanya is anticipating the arrival of Chef Kamarudin Bin Dali from Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, bringing an unique Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s culinary excellence to the city between 30 September and 5 October.
Known for his deep passion for the culinary scene, Chef Din has won various awards throughout his career that include accolades won in the Chefs Association of Malaysia.
During the gourmet week at Pavilion, Chef Din and his culinary team will present menus that provide guests an unique opportunity to delight in the authentic Malaysian dishes and his signature creations. These includes: This includes: Rendang Daging Temasik inspired by Chef Din’s family secret recipe, Udang Goreng Ulam Sauce offers a modern interpretation of this classic dish, and those with sweet tooth can sample the traditional Malaysian dessert Sago Gula Melaka. Guests can choose a la carte selections for lunch and dinner or a special barbeque buffet dinner on Saturday night.
