Phoenix Island Resort Sanya has a new menu for Spring 2019
Spring is a time for new beginnings. In Hainanese culture, as the seasons changes, so do the dishes found.
In keeping with this tradition, the Phoenix Island Resort Sanya’s Hainan Gourmet Restaurant is introducing a new spring menu of fresh and wild vegetable sides to the diners to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
At the Hainan Gourmet Restaurant, the Master Chef Zheng and his culinary team present menus that delight guests — both with healthy choices and with Chef Zheng’s signature creations.
The special spring dishes on offer include Wok-fried Okras with Minced Pork and Bean Paste, Stir-fried Cuttlefish with XO Sauce and Peanut Sprouts, Chicken Broth with Bamboo Fungus and Hainan’s Wild Vegetables, Stir-fried Fresh Bamboo Shoots and Brewed Pumpkin Flowers with Meatballs in Broth.
